Business identity: Alankrta is the public-facing brand operated by Priti Bangle Store. These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.alankrta.com and purchases made from Alankrta.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Website

  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

2. Products and Availability

  • We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
  • Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, and screen settings. Minor colour variation is not considered a product defect.
  • All products, sizes, colours, and designs are subject to availability.
  • We may update or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order is a request to purchase the selected products. You will receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation by email, SMS, or the checkout page.
  • For prepaid orders, payment must be completed successfully through the payment option shown at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, no advance payment is required; the order amount is payable to the delivery agent when the order is delivered.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order because of unavailable stock, an incorrect price, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, an incorrect or unserviceable delivery address, or another reasonable operational issue.
  • If we cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Shipping Charges

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices and promotions may change, but any change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
  • A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499. Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 or more.
  • Available prepaid and Cash on Delivery options are shown at checkout. The final order total, including applicable shipping charges, is displayed before the order is placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently deliver within India through third-party courier partners.
  • Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–7 working days. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by location or because of courier, weather, holiday, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
  • Tracking information is shared after dispatch when available.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and are subject to the eligibility requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Damaged, broken, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the required supporting evidence.
  • After we receive and inspect a returned product, approved refunds are initiated within 24 hours. Banks and payment providers may take 5–7 business days after initiation to credit the amount.
  • Size and colour exchanges are available only under the conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy. Design changes are not eligible for exchange.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and any eligible return will be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
  • We do not charge a cancellation fee for an order cancelled before dispatch.

8. Third-Party Services

Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, and courier partners. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party systems that are outside our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The Alankrta name, website content, product photographs, text, graphics, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Priti Bangle Store and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alankrta and Priti Bangle Store are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
