Shipping policy

Alankrta is the public-facing brand operated by Priti Bangle Store. We carefully pack orders and deliver within India through third-party courier partners.

Order Processing

  • Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–7 working days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
  • Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 or more.
  • The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only when it appears as a payment option at checkout for the customer's shipping address and order.
  • Any applicable COD charge will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be shared by SMS or email after dispatch when available.

Packaging

Products are carefully packed to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unreachable Customer or Refused COD Delivery

If a customer is unreachable after reasonable delivery attempts or refuses a COD order, the order may be returned or cancelled and COD availability may be restricted for future orders.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, high order volumes, weather, holidays, natural disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
